Standard production is 10–14 working days from the date of payment and design approval. This does not include shipping time. We count Monday to Friday only — weekends and holidays are not included. For rush orders (less than 10 working days), please message us first — a rush fee applies and slots are limited.

Yes, always! Once we receive your details and downpayment, we'll send you a free design preview (mockup) for your approval. You get 2 free revision rounds. We never print without your final "Go!" — guaranteed. Additional revisions beyond 2 may incur a small fee.

Yes! We accept GCash and InstaPay. Our process: 50% downpayment upon design approval to start production, and the remaining 50% balance before we ship or release your order. You can scan our GCash QR code on the How to Order page. Cash pick-up in San Pablo City is also available.

Custom t-shirts start at ₱220/pc for a minimum of 12 pcs. Price may vary depending on shirt color, print size, and placement (front only vs. front + back). Yes, we do offer bulk pricing for large orders (50 pcs and above) — message us for a quote with your specific requirements.

Absolutely! Send us your high-resolution photo (at least 300 DPI, JPG or PNG) and we'll incorporate it into the layout. For vector designs (logos, illustrations), AI or EPS files are preferred. Don't worry if you're not sure — just send what you have and we'll let you know if it's usable.
